Follow these steps to add the Penumbra repository and install the plugin through Dalamud.
Launch FFXIV with Dalamud enabled. Open the Dalamud menu and select Settings .
In Dalamud Settings, open the Experimental section where Custom Plugin Repositories can be configured.

Confirm that Penumbra appears in your installed plugins and loads successfully before moving on to setup.
